Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a Quality Control (QA/QC) Specialist on behalf of a leading food manufacturing organization. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about food safety, quality assurance, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Initial location in Irvine, transitioning to Santa Ana.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct quality checks and product testing on production lines.
  • Monitor operations to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Follow and enforce SOPs and compliance procedures.
  • Input and maintain accurate quality and production data.
  • Complete required documentation and reporting.

What we're looking for:

  • 1–2 years of QA or QC experience in food manufacturing or related industry.
  • Understanding of food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP preferred).
  • Comfortable working on the production floor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to follow procedures and escalate issues when needed.
