Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for an EM Licensing & Approvals Manager within the entertainment marketing industry. This role involves managing licensing workflows, contract tracking, and building strong relationships with licensors to support key projects. • Manage licensing workflows, renewals, and key contract obligations.
• Translate contracts into clear actions, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate product and creative approvals across internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate licensing records and workflows in Monday.com.
• Support licensor relationships, sales materials, reporting, and day-to-day licensing activity.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years’ experience in entertainment, consumer products, or related licensing.
• Hands-on experience managing approvals, contracts, and licensing requirements.
• Experience with licensor approval platforms, such as StarLabs or similar systems.
• Strong project management and workflow skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and a highly organized approach.
