Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a Treasury Manager position with a leading global law firm. What you’ll do:

  • Lead and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard assets and improve efficiency
  • Manage daily cash positioning and reporting for domestic and international accounts
  • Develop and communicate cash forecasts to support operational and strategic planning
  • Oversee banking relationships, account structures, and documentation management
  • Monitor debt covenant compliance, prepare financial certifications, and support debt and interest management

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and global treasury operations
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CTP, or CFA are a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Proven ability to work independently, resolve issues efficiently, and manage multiple priorities
