Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to support a prominent Long Island Personal Injury Law Firm who is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its team of top-rated attorneys.
This is a Paralegal role in Long Island, New York (full-time, in-office).

- Work directly alongside a team of top-rated plaintiff's-side attorneys on high-profile, complex cases.
What you'll do:
- Support attorneys through the claims process and beyond, from intake through resolution.
- Assist with initial client consultations, policy review, and assessment of case merits.
- Review and analyze supporting physician documentation and gather medical records.
- Prepare initial claim submissions and continued proof of loss documentation.
- Draft pleadings and manage No-Fault and medical record requests.
- Communicate and coordinate directly with high-level professionals, including attorneys, medical providers, and clients.
What we're looking for:
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A process-driven, self-directed approach, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with medical and financial information (a plus).
- Prior experience at a Personal Injury Law Firm on the plaintiff's side (a significant advantage).
- Experience with No-Fault claims, medical requests, and drafting pleadings.
- Strong computer skills.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.
