We are eager to find a driven, results-oriented professional to help build and scale their franchise channel from the ground up, creating long-term partnerships with franchisors and multi-unit franchisees.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone passionate about high-stakes, data-driven sales and relationship management to make a significant impact in a fast-growing fintech environment. If you have a proven track record in partner sales and business development, and you’re excited to construct a channel that drives volume and revenue, we want to hear from you.

What’s in it for you?

  • Opportunity to build a new strategic sales channel from scratch
  • Work in-office in Dallas with up to 40% travel to industry events and franchise summits
  • Autonomy to shape the franchise partnership approach and sales motions
  • Collaborative environment reporting directly to leadership
  • Benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off

What you’ll do:

  • Source, qualify, and close new franchisor and multi-unit franchisee partnerships
  • Lead discovery calls, negotiate commercial terms, and execute partnership agreements
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans that facilitate rapid activation and first payments
  • Drive revenue by generating referrals within franchisee networks and expanding system-wide adoption
  • Map stakeholder relationships across franchise development, procurement, CFOs, and franchisee councils
  • Educate partners on the platform’s features, including flexible funding, rewards, and float benefits
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track partnership performance and growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and growth teams to enhance channel success
  • Build, document, and optimise workflows and sales motions specific to franchise channel operations

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in partner sales, business development, or channel partnerships, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity
  • Strong discovery and consultative sales skills, with a track record of consistently hitting targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a keen listener
  • Demonstrated discipline in performance tracking and process improvement
  • Self-motivated with a bias for action and comfort operating in an early-stage environment
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Fluency with AI tools and technology in the workplace
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
  • Authorisation to work in the United States

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with franchisors and franchisees in sales, consulting, or partnerships
  • Background in payments, fintech, accounts payable, card issuing, or loyalty programs
  • Knowledge of franchise economics such as royalty structures, vendor programs, or buildout cycles
  • Experience selling into restaurant, fitness, home services, or retail franchise systems
