Woods & Co is partnering with a global facial fitness brand to find an experienced Studio Manager for one of their Los Angeles studios. It is a 6 month contract with a real chance of going permanent.
You would take over an established studio and run it end to end: the team, the client experience, the numbers and the local community. This is not a caretaker role. The studio needs someone who can step in fast, keep standards high and keep the business growing.

What you'll do
- Run daily operations to a high standard: bookings, inventory, health and safety, studio presentation
- Coach and develop the team against KPIs with clear, regular feedback
- Grow membership, rebooking and occupancy
- Handle client issues calmly and well, in studio and over the phone
- Build local relationships through events, partnerships and community outreach
- Stay close to the numbers and turn targets into results
What we're looking for
- Studio management experience in fitness, beauty, wellness or a similar service led business. This is the main thing.
- A licensed esthetician who has moved into management is ideal, especially if you can still step onto the floor, but it is not required
- Someone who leads from the front and brings out the best in a team
- Commercially sharp and comfortable with KPIs and financial data
- Calm under pressure, good with people and happy on a busy studio floor
- Available to start quickly
